About Us

We are Makayla and Jason, a small, locally owned home cleanout business dedicated to making the cleanout process simple, affordable, and stress-free for you.

Our Story

We know how overwhelming dealing with a property after tenants move out, a loved one moves, a home is sold, or a house simply needs a fresh start can be. We started our business to take that work off your hands, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

Locally Owned

We are a small business that truly cares about the people and communities we serve. Being locally owned in Dallas means we understand your needs and are committed to providing the best service with a personal touch.

Affordable and Reliable

We work hard to keep our prices reasonable while providing dependable service. We show up ready to work and treat your property like it’s our own, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.

We Do the Heavy Lifting

You don’t have to worry about sorting, carrying, loading, and hauling everything yourself. Whether it's a small apartment or an entire house, we're happy to provide a straightforward, free estimate. Just send us pictures!
